Except as otherwise provided in Section 15, Confidentiality and Legal Process, and Section 23, Whistleblower and Other Protections, of the Agreement, Section 2 of this Release, and as privileged by law, Employee and the Company covenant and agree that they shall not engage in any communications with persons outside the Company which shall disparage one another or interfere with their existing or prospective business relationships.
