All press releases, shareholder communications, filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission or other governmental agency or body and other information and publicity generated by Company regarding the transactions contemplated in this Agreement shall be reviewed and approved by Public Company and its counsel before release or dissemination to the public or filing with any governmental agency or body whatever.
