Common use of Publicity and Disclosures Clause in Contracts

Publicity and Disclosures. Prior to the Closing, no press releases or public disclosure, either written or oral, of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, shall be made by a party to this Agreement without the prior knowledge and written consent of Buyer and Seller, except as may be required by applicable laws, rules and regulations (including, without limitation, the United States federal securities laws and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder).
