Common use of Publicity and Disclosures Clause in Contracts

Publicity and Disclosures. No press releases or public disclosure, either written or oral, of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, shall be made by a party to this Agreement without the prior Knowledge and written consent of Comcast, BTH and the BTH Subsidiaries which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, except as is otherwise required by applicable laws, rules and regulations (including, without limitation, the HSR Act, the Securities Act, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder).
