Publication Numbers Clause Samples

Publication Numbers. All publications arising out of the Project, with the exception of abstracts, talks and posters at conferences, must contain a Geoscience BC publication number (a “Publication Number”). Prior to publishing or permitting to be published any publication arising out of the Project, other than an abstract, talk or poster at a conference, the Principal Proponent shall contact Geoscience BC to obtain a Publication Number for the publication.
