Public Workshop. We diligently meet all state and federal requirements regarding locating, noticing, and conducting meetings and hearings. Given the audience and their versatile use of technology, we will also add a mix of virtual meeting opportunities. We would also suggest the agency consider drive-thru public meetings. In addition to the public meetings, we recommend and will assist in facilitating smaller stakeholder meetings as appropriate, and area homeowner associations for communities whose residents use the impacted roadways frequently. SOCIAL MEDIA/DIGITAL OUTREACH We can develop a social media plan that maximizes the potential for increasing awareness, sharing urgent information and encouraging stakeholder interaction. We would generate a slate of suggested posts and schedules. Quest also would help the agency to tap into community platforms such as XxxxXxxx.xxx most used by those on the corridors. Our team would provide the cost-effective option of reaching under-represented and hard-to-reach communities via social media-targeted advertising through existing accounts associated with the communities.
Public Workshop. We anticipate that this workshop would be publicly noticed and open to the general public, but that the business community and developers – and food and beverage businesses in particular – would be notified and encouraged to participate. Unless conditions change significantly in the meantime, this would be a virtual Workshop via Zoom. We anticipate that City staff would introduce the project, that Xx. Xxxxxx will serve as the Workshop facilitator, and Xx. Xxxxxxx present the design concepts. For meetings with over 30 or so participants we use the chat function rather than inviting public speakers, and we can also run live polling during the workshop to provide real time feedback to participants. We have found these techniques to be in a number of ways superior to in- person workshops, but are flexible to meet the City’s desires.
Public Workshop. 2 The public workshop during the design development phase is all about getting the details right. The design’s evolution toward construction documents will include the selection of a number of public amenities. The team would like to allow the community to help shape the final selections. This is also a critical opportunity to provide education on the phasing created through the estimation of probable cost. See the Public Engagement Plan for alternative options for the format of this workshop. Phase 4 Construction Documents (32 weeks-broken down into four 8-week segments…1-Seaboard Alleyscape, 2-Commerce Alleyscape, 0-Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, 0-Xxxxx Xxxxxx) All disciplines listed below will follow the same procedure of delivery that includes a 30% set, a 60% set, a 90% set, and a 100% set for review/approval by the Town. The project management team will employ quality control and review methods prior to all submittals. Per the Town’s Capital Improvement Program, the alleyscape will be prioritized for completion first as to move that set of drawings to bid by April of 2021. We recommend bidding Seaboard Street first in order to spend the funds during the 2020-2021 FY. Commerce Street alleyscape and the municipal parking lot improvements will be prepared and bid for 2021-2022 FY funding, and finally, the Salem Streetscape will be prepared and bid for 2022-23 FY funding. (Schedule subject to change.)
Public Workshop. CARB and AQMD agree to jointly host a public workshop on technologies that emit zero criteria pollutants for equipment at facilities covered under AQMD Rule 317 by the end of the calendar year 2024.
Public Workshop. In coordination with Town staff, M-Group will prepare and host a community meeting to introduce the Objective Standards process to community members. It is assumed that the workshop will be an online event to educate the community about the relevance and importance of objective standards in the context of recent housing legislation and solicit input from community members.
Public Workshop. All interested persons and organizations are invited to attend a workshop on the issues raised in this notice. The agency intends to conduct the workshop informally. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) which, together with EPA, negotiated the Agreement on behalf of the U.S., will participate in this workshop. An EPA official will briefly describe the topics discussed in this notice and then open the floor for public comment. Any person planning to participate should contact Xx. Xxxxxxx Xxxxx at the address and telephone number given at the beginning of this notice, no later than 10 calendar days before the workshop.
