Public Utility Easement. 10 feet along all street rights‐of‐way, as shown on the plat and dedication recorded in Volume 102, Page 88, Plat Records, Travis County, Texas.
Public Utility Easement. In conjunction with its development of the Property, Purchaser shall execute and record a Public Utility Easement in a form acceptable to the Seller, which easement shall benefit the Seller, the public and property owned by the Seller which is adjacent to the Property. Said easement shall also provide that the Purchaser is solely responsible for all landscaping obligations over or on those portions of the Property that are encumbered by said easement. The site contains no private streets, only driveways into the parking lot to serve the dwellings. The site has frontage along US 301 and along the proposed public right-of-way of Peerless Avenue. The PPS correctly delineates a 10-foot-wide PUE along the public rights-of-way.
Public Utility Easement. Each of the landowners hereby grants a public utility easement over any portion of the property hereinabove described for the purpose of supplying any public utility including but not limited to electrical power, water, and gas.
