Lift Stations. Each of these sites use submersible pumps and/or pump/motor units. Two thirds of the submersible pump inventory is Flygt equipment and the other one third are various brands.
Lift Stations. (1) The Developer, at its sole cost and expense, shall maintain the following Infrastructure for the following minimum time periods following the acknowledgement of the relevant Construction Completion Certificate, or until the acknowledgement of the relevant Final Acceptance Certificate, whichever is later:
(a) Lift Stations: two (2) years.
(2) Following acknowledgment of the relevant Construction Completion Certificate, the City will assume all utility costs for the relevant lift station (sanitary or storm), including electricity, natural gas, potable water, sewer, if applicable, and garbage/recycling/compost, if applicable, unless otherwise agreed to by the Manager, Development Engineering and the Developer. All remaining costs for the operation and maintenance of the lift stations shall be at the expense of the Developer until acknowledgement of the relevant Final Acceptance Certificate, unless otherwise agreed to by the Manager, Development Engineering and the Developer.
Lift Stations. (a) The Manager, Development Engineering is satisfied that the Lift Station has been constructed in accordance with the approved drawings and all applicable City Specifications, and all required documentation pursuant to the applicable City Specifications has been provided to the satisfaction of the Manager, Development Engineering.
(b) Construction Drawings, Record Drawings, and As-Built Drawings, as well as any relevant manufacturer specifications, all in a format acceptable to the Development Engineer, have been provided to and approved by the Development Engineer.
(c) Lift Station commissioning, and each item of equipment therein, is completed in accordance with the Lift Station Design Guidelines, the Consulting Engineer’s Field Services Guidelines, and certified by the Consulting Engineer, to the satisfaction of the Development Engineer.
Lift Stations. Collection System A detailed scope of services is attached as Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated into this Agreement. All services to be performed under this Agreement shall be commenced immedi- ately upon execution of this Agreement in accordance with the Milestone Schedule set forth in Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated into this Agreement. Compensation for completed work shall be in accordance with the terms of this Agreement as reflected in Exhibit C, attached hereto and incorporated into this Agreement.
