Common use of Public Transit Information Clause in Contracts

Public Transit Information. Licensee shall establish and carry on during the Term a program to encourage maximum use of public transportation by personnel of Licensee employed on the License Area, including, without limitation, the distribution to such employees of written materials explaining the convenience and availability of public transportation facilities adjacent or proximate to the Facility and encouraging use of such facilities, all at Licensee's sole expense.
