Common use of Public Statements Clause in Contracts

Public Statements. The Parties shall consult with each other prior to issuing any public announcement, statement or other disclosure with respect to this Agreement, the Ancillary Agreements or the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby, and shall not issue any such public announcement, statement or other disclosure prior to such consultation, except as may be required by law.
