Public Procurement Act. To the extent that the Virginia Public Procurement Act, Va. Code §§ 2.2-4300 et seq., is applicable to this Agreement, the Company shall comply with Va. Code §§ 2.2-4311, 2.2-4312 and 2.2-4354. Failure to comply with these provisions shall not constitute grounds for termination of this Agreement.
