Enforcement and Termination of Franchise. Unless otherwise defined by City of Bend Code or current Bend Standards and Specifications, in the event that the City believes that the Franchisee has not complied with any material term of the Franchise, the City will informally discuss the matter with Franchisee. If these discussions do not lead to resolution of the problem, the City will notify the Franchisee in writing of the exact nature of such alleged noncompliance.
