PUBLIC CONTRACTS WITH NATURAL PERSONS. Grantee, if a natural person 18 years of age or older, hereby swears and affirms under penalty of perjury that the person (a) is a citizen or otherwise lawfully present in the United States pursuant to federal law, (b) shall comply with the provisions of CRS §24- 76.5-101 et seq., and (c) has produced a form of identification required by CRS §24-76.5-103 prior to the date Grantee begins Work under terms of the Agreement. ADDENDUM 1: Additional Terms & Conditions for Information Technology IF ANY PART OF THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT IS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, AS DEFINED IN CRS § 24-37.5-102 (2), THE FOLLOWING PROVISIONS ALSO APPLY TO THIS AGREEMENT.
