PUBLIC CONTRACTS WITH NATURAL PERSONS. 24-76.5-101, et seq., C.R.S. Contractor, if a natural person eighteen (18) years of age or older, hereby swears and affirms under penalty of perjury that Contractor (i) is a citizen or otherwise lawfully present in the United States pursuant to federal law, (ii) shall comply with the provisions of §§24-76.5-101, et seq., C.R.S., and (iii) has produced one form of identification required by §24-76.5-103, C.R.S. prior to the Effective Date of this Contract. EXHIBIT B, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PROVISIONS This Exhibit regarding Information Technology Provisions (the “Exhibit”) is an essential part of the agreement between the State and Contractor as described in the Contract to which this Exhibit is attached. Unless the context clearly requires a distinction between the Contract and this Exhibit, all references to “Contract” shall include this Exhibit.
