Common use of Public Announcements and Funding Acknowledgements Clause in Contracts

Public Announcements and Funding Acknowledgements. Each publication, presentation, press release and web-based or printed document based on and/or resulting from work conducted under this project shall properly acknowledge the project’s funding sources. Such work will include a statement recognizing Partnership for Child Health and an acknowledgement of funding from Kids Hope Alliance and the Department of Health and Human Services Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration support for the work. An acceptable statement is: “This work is supported by Partnership for Child Health and funded in whole or in part by the Kids Hope Alliance through a grant from the Department of Health and Human Services Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.” The logos of Partnership for Child Health and Kids Hope Alliance shall also be displayed on publicly published materials.
