Common use of Public administration Clause in Contracts

The Parties agree to cooperate by exchanging experience and best practice, building on existing efforts, with respect to the modernisation of public administration in areas such as: a) improving organisational efficiency; b) increasing institutions' effectiveness in service delivery; c) ensuring transparent management of public resources and accountability; d) improving the legal and institutional framework; e) policy design and implementation.
