Common use of Public Address System Clause in Contracts

Public Address System. Notwithstanding anything herein contained or implied to the contrary, the Landlord may provide and install a public address system throughout the common areas and may play, relay or broadcast or permit any other person to play, relay or broadcast recorded music or public announcement therein.
