Common use of PTE Clause in Contracts

PTE. LTD., a private company limited by shares incorporated under the laws of Singapore, whose business office is at ▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ #▇▇-▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, for and on behalf of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Group (hereinafter referred to as the “▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇”, which expression shall, unless repugnant to the context and meaning thereof, be deemed to mean and include its ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Group (as defined below), successors in interest and permitted assigns) ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ and the Customer shall be jointly referred to as the “Parties” and individually referred to as the “Party”.
