Undefined capitalized terms herein are defined in the Separation Agreement (as defined below).
Provisions Unaffected. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall affect the rights and obligations of MSG and Sportsco Parent pursuant to the Distribution Agreement.
Provisions Unaffected. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall affect the rights and obligations of Cablevision and MSG pursuant to the Distribution Agreement.
