Obligations Unaffected. Any invalidity, illegality or irregularity of a Lease or Leased Vehicle in the 2023-A Reference Pool will not affect the Depositor's obligations under this Agreement.
Obligations Unaffected. Any invalidity, illegality or irregularity of a Lease or Leased Vehicle in the 2018-A Reference Pool will not affect the Depositor’s obligations under this Agreement.
Obligations Unaffected. The obligations of the Sellers to the Company under this Agreement shall not be affected by reason of any invalidity, illegality or irregularity of any Receivable or any sale of a Receivable.
Obligations Unaffected. Except as expressly set forth to the contrary in Section 6 of this Agreement, the obligations of Grantee under this Agreement shall be independent of, and unaffected by, and shall not affect, other agreements, if any, binding Grantee which apply to Grantee’s business activities during and/or subsequent to Grantee’s employment by the Company or any of its direct or indirect subsidiaries or affiliates.
Obligations Unaffected. The obligations of the Company and the Servicer to the Funding Agent and the Purchasers under this Supplement shall not be affected by reason of any invalidity, illegality or irregularity of any of the Receivables or any sale of any of the Receivables.
Obligations Unaffected. The obligations of the Issuer to the Series 2003-2 Investor Noteholders under this Indenture Supplement shall not be affected by reason of any invalidity, illegality or irregularity of any of the SUBI Certificates, the Sold Units or the Fleet Receivables.
Obligations Unaffected. Any invalidity, illegality or irregularity of a Lease or Leased Vehicle in the 20 - Reference Pool will not affect the Depositor’s obligations under this Agreement.
Obligations Unaffected. The obligations of the Company and the Master Servicer to the Collateral Agent, the Administrative Agent, the Funding Agents and the Lenders under this Agreement shall not be affected by reason of any invalidity, illegality or irregularity of any of the Receivables or any sale of any of the Receivables.
Obligations Unaffected. The insufficiency of any balance in any Reserve Account shall not relieve Borrower from its obligation to fulfill all preservation and maintenance covenants in the Loan Documents.
Obligations Unaffected. Guarantor hereby agrees that its obligations under this Guaranty shall not be released, discharged, diminished, impaired, reduced, or affected for any reason or by the occurrence of any event, including, without limitation, one or more of the following events, whether or not with notice to or the consent of Guarantor:
