Provision of Recyclable Service if Required by State. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Franchisee shall collect Recyclables at Residential Set-out Sites and Commercial Premises within the unincorporated area of County as part of its Franchise Services and Franchise Obligations if the State of California or any other regulatory authority requires County to provide such collection services.
