Common use of Provision of Prospectuses Clause in Contracts

Provision of Prospectuses. (a) Vail will furnish to each Shareholder such number of copies of a summary prospectus or other prospectus, including a prospectus subject to completion in conformity with the requirements of the Securities Act, and such other documents as such Shareholder may reasonably request in writing, in order to facilitate the public sale or other disposition of the Vail Equity of each Shareholder included in a Registration Statement.
