Provision of Courses. NIGP agrees to provide Courses for Chapter based on the NIGP Course offerings selected by Chapter as set forth in Exhibit A attached, or as shown as being available on the NIGP Course Catalog online at the location and pursuant to any reasonable logistics specified by the Chapter in the Seminar Request and Logistics Form located on the NIGP Website (collectively, the “Services”).
