PROVING. (A) Prior to the Start Date, the Generator must perform an initial Proving Test in relation to the Metering System. (B) The Generator must give the CfD Counterparty a minimum of ten (10) Business Days’ notice before undertaking the initial Proving Test. (C) Any Proving Test (other than an initial Proving Test) must be carried out in accordance with the timetables set out in paragraph 7.4 below.
