Provider Specifications. i. The following requirements shall apply to the Contractor, the provider, and the provider staff: a. Professional staff shall be licensed, registered, certified, or recognized under California scope of practice statutes. Professional staff shall provide services within their individual scope of practice and receive supervision required under their scope of practice laws. Licensed Practitioners of the Healing Arts (LPHA) include: i. Physician ii. Nurse Practitioners iii. Physician Assistants iv. Registered Nurses v. Registered Pharmacists vi. Licensed Clinical Psychologists vii. Licensed Clinical Social Worker viii. Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor
