Provide Cybersecurity Training. Today’s IT environment demands that all employees, whether permanent or temporary, be well-versed in cybersecurity. Augmentation employees performing work on customer systems, software, and databases must be prepared and capable of protecting customer data and have the skills to identify and report suspicious activity in accordance with customer policy. As an IT company, we require that all employees undergo initial and periodic cybersecurity training throughout the term of their employment. A.1 PLAN TO PROVIDE STAFF FOR IT STAFF AUGMENTATION SERVICES Our plan to provide top IT talent to Florida Department of Management Services is based on our strategy to link staff goals to the state’s IT needs. JET’s first source of potential candidates is our internal applicant tracking database which contains hundreds of IT industry professionals throughout the state and the country. We have pre-screened these applicants to provide for a ready pool of candidates to rapidly meet staffing needs. In addition, current employees are included within the database. Once hired, ▇▇▇ maintains updated resumes and credentials for each employee within their personnel files. Internal employees are eligible to apply for and express interest in newly posted positions. Secondly, we post job vacancies simultaneously to our careers web page, as well as multiple national job boards through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). In addition, JET maintains subscriptions to certain recruiting sites and databases to actively recruit qualified candidates, including a database specific to vetted individuals with various levels of clearances.
