Provide Access. (a) If the Services require access to land, and unless otherwise specified in the Service Agreement, the Requesting Party must use reasonable endeavours to: (i) as soon as practicable, provide the Service Provider with access to the land upon which the Services are to be performed; and (ii) arrange access to any other property which may be necessary for the Service Provider to perform the Services. (b) The Service Provider must comply with all reasonable directions, procedures and policies relating to work health, safety and security pertaining to the land referred to in clause 4.4(a) when accessing and using the same. (c) In the event that the Requesting Party does not, or is unable to, provide or arrange access to land or property in accordance with clause 4.3(a), the Service Provider will be entitled to claim an extension of time under clause 14.
