Common use of Prototype Clause in Contracts

Prototype. 13.4.1 The Operator shall, no later than 90 (ninety) days from the Appointed Date, provide to the Authority [5 (five)] copies of the Designs and Drawings of the Prototypes, as specified in Schedule-F. Provided that the Operator may, share only the details of the layout of the Prototype and not share any propriety information forming part of Designs and Drawings of the Prototype.
