PROTEST PROCEDURES. Any party may present a written protest about the award of a contract as a result of an RFP, RFQ or Bid to the Director of Procurement. Emergency procurements, purchases for goods, supplies, equipment, and services, the estimated cost of which does not exceed fifty thousand ($50,000.00) dollars, are not subject to protests.
