Common use of Protection of Vegetation Clause in Contracts

Protection of Vegetation. Lessee shall not cut, mutilate, damage, or injure, or permit any of Lessee’s guests, invitees, agents, contractors, or licensees to cut, mutilate, damage, or injure, any plantings, trees, shrubbery, or other vegetation on the Property.
