PROTECTION OF TRADEMARKS AND LOGOS Clause Samples

The Protection of Trademarks and Logos clause serves to safeguard the proprietary marks and logos of a party, ensuring that these distinctive identifiers are not misused or infringed upon by others. Typically, this clause restricts the other party from using, reproducing, or displaying the protected trademarks and logos without explicit written permission, and may outline procedures for authorized use, such as co-branding or marketing collaborations. Its core function is to preserve brand integrity and prevent unauthorized exploitation or dilution of valuable intellectual property.
