Protection of Proprietary Information. 14.1 Each Party will keep in confidence and protect Proprietary Information from disclosure to third parties and restrict its use to that which is provided for in this Agreement. Either Party acknowledges that unauthorised disclosure or use of Proprietary Information may cause substantial economic loss.
