Protected Health Information and Safeguards. Participant’s and Users’ Access to the EHR System Data shall be in accordance with the minimum necessary standard set forth in 45 C.F.R. Sections 164.502(b) and 164.514(d) and only as is appropriate to Users’ responsibilities. If Users gain inappropriate access to information, Participant will notifyHSHS’s Privacy Officer.
