Common use of Protected Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Protected Disclosure. The Provider shall establish and maintain procedures for the making of Protected Disclosures by Provider Personnel and any other individual engaged by the Provider who may satisfy the definition of “worker” for the purposes of the Protected Disclosures Act 2014, and for dealing with such disclosures. The Provider shall procure that all Provider Personnel are made aware of the procedures established and maintained for this purpose.
