Protected Data. The parties acknowledge and agree that, in the course of performing hereunder, Vendor will receive on behalf of United personal data identifying individuals covered by United, protected health information, and other data protected by law. With respect to such data, Vendor and United shall comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, the ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Act, and all other applicable confidentiality, privacy and data security laws and regulations.
