Prosper Minimum Levels. PMI agrees to keep in full force and effect during the term of this Agreement: (i) comprehensive general liability insurance in an amount standard for the industry and appropriate to cover its liabilities hereunder and (ii) workers’ compensation insurance in an amount not less than that required by applicable law.
