Prosper Minimum Levels. Prosper agrees to keep in full force and effect during the term of this Agreement: (i) comprehensive general liability insurance in an amount standard for the industry and appropriate to cover its liabilities hereunder and (ii) workers’ compensation insurance in an amount not less than that required by applicable law. Prosper agrees that it will ensure and be solely responsible for ensuring that its contractors and subcontractors maintain insurance coverage at levels no less than those required by applicable law and customary in Prosper’s and its agents’ industries.
