Prospectus of the Portfolios. 4. For the services to be provided by the Sub-Adviser pursuant to this Agreement for the Portfolios, the Adviser will pay to the Sub-Adviser as full compensation therefor a fee at an annual rate specified in Schedule A. This fee will be paid to the Sub-Adviser from the Adviser's advisory fee for such Portfolios.
