Prospectus and Other Documents. The Company shall furnish to Holder such number of prospectuses and other documents incidental to the registration of the shares of Common Stock underlying the Debentures, including any amendment of or supplements thereto. Any filings submitted via ▇▇▇▇▇ will constitute fulfillment of the Company's obligation under this Section.
