Common use of Prospective Customer Clause in Contracts

Prospective Customer. The term “Prospective Customer” shall refer to any person or entity whom Employee solicited or made a proposal to for the provision, performance, or sale of services on behalf of the Group during the six (6) month period immediately preceding the termination of Employee’s employment whatsoever.

Prospective Customer. The term “Prospective Customer” means any person, firm, company or any other legal entity with whom the Company, during the twelve months prior to the date Executive’s employment is terminated, shall refer to any person have had negotiations or entity whom Employee solicited or made a proposal to discussions for the provision, performance, supply or sale provision of services on behalf of supplied or provided by the Group Company and (i) with whom or which, during such period Executive had contact during the six course of such negotiations or discussions; and / or (6ii) month period immediately preceding in relation to whom Executive by reason of his appointment with the termination Company is in possession of Employee’s employment whatsoever.any trade secrets or confidential information
