Common use of Prospective Client Clause in Contracts

Prospective Client. any physical person or entity who has been introduced by the Publisher to the Advertiser and/or to any of its Affiliated Entities prior to the conclusion of a Client Agreement with the Advertiser and/or with any of its Affiliated Entities.
