Common use of Proration Clause in Contracts

Proration. If a portion of the Premises is Sublet, the pro rata share of the Rent attributable to such partial area of the Premises shall be determined by Landlord by dividing the Rent payable by Tenant hereunder by the total square footage of the Premises and multiplying the resulting quotient (the per square foot rent) by the number of square feet of the Premises which are Sublet.

Proration. If a portion of the Premises is Sublet, the pro rata --------- share of the Rent attributable to such partial area of the Premises shall be determined by Landlord by dividing the Rent payable by Tenant hereunder by the total square footage of the Premises and multiplying the resulting quotient (the per square foot rent) by the number of square feet of the Premises which are Sublet.

Proration. If a portion of the Premises is Sublet, the pro rata share of the Rent attributable to such partial area of the Premises shall be determined by Landlord Lessor by dividing the Rent payable by Tenant Lessee hereunder by the total square footage of the Premises and multiplying the resulting quotient (the per square foot rent) by the number of square feet of the Premises which are Sublet.

If a portion of the Premises is Sublet, the pro rata share of the Monthly Rent attributable to such partial area of the Premises shall be determined by Landlord by dividing the Monthly Rent payable by Tenant hereunder by the total rentable square footage of the Premises and multiplying the resulting quotient (the per rentable square foot rent) by the number of rentable square feet of the Premises which are Sublet.

Proration. If a portion of the Premises is Sublet, the pro rata share of the Rent attributable to such partial area of the Premises shall be determined by Landlord by dividing the Rent payable by Tenant hereunder by the total leasable square footage of the Premises and multiplying the resulting quotient (the per square foot rent) by the number of square feet of the Premises which are Sublet.

If a portion less than the whole of the Premises is Subletsublet, the pro rata --------- prorata share of the Rent rental attributable to such partial area of the Premises shall be determined by Landlord by dividing the Rent monthly rental payable by to Tenant hereunder by the total square footage of the Premises and multiplying the resulting quotient (the per square foot rent) by the number of square feet of the Premises which are Subletbeing sublet.

If For the purposes of determining the excess Subrent payable to Landlord pursuant to Paragraph 24.C, if a portion of the Premises is Sublet, the pro rata share of the Rent attributable to such partial area of the Premises shall be determined by Landlord by dividing the Rent payable by Tenant hereunder by the total square footage of the Premises and multiplying the resulting quotient (the per square foot rent) by the number of square feet of the Premises which are Sublet.

If For purposes of determining the excess Subrent to be paid to Landlord as provided in Paragraph 24.C. above, if a portion of the Premises is Sublet, the pro rata share of the Rent attributable to such partial area of the Premises shall be determined by Landlord by dividing the Rent payable by Tenant hereunder by the total square footage of the Premises and multiplying the resulting quotient (the per square foot rent) by the number of square feet of the Premises which are Sublet.

If a portion of the Premises is Sublet, the pro rata --------- share of the Rent attributable to such partial area of the Premises shall be determined by Landlord by dividing the Rent payable by Tenant hereunder by the total leasable square footage of the Premises and multiplying the resulting quotient (the per square foot rent) by the number of square feet of the Premises which are SubletSublet appropriately adjusted, as necessary, for sublet areas which are warehouse spaces as opposed to those that are office spaces.

If a portion of the Premises is Sublet, the pro rata prorata --------- share of the Rent attributable to such partial area of the Premises shall be determined by Landlord by dividing the Rent payable by Tenant hereunder under this Lease by the total leasable square footage of the Premises and multiplying the resulting quotient (the per square foot rent) by the number of square feet of the Premises which are Sublet.

If For the purposes of determining the excess Subrent --------- payable to Landlord pursuant to Paragraph 24.C, if a portion of the Premises is Sublet, the pro rata share of the Rent attributable to such partial area of the Premises shall be determined by Landlord by dividing the Rent payable by Tenant hereunder by the total square footage of the Premises and multiplying the resulting quotient (the per square foot rent) by the number of square feet of the Premises which are Sublet.
