Proration for Short Fiscal Year. Awards with respect to a short Fiscal Year (a Fiscal Year that is less than twelve (12) months), shall be calculated (i) by multiplying the amount of EBITDA for such short Fiscal Year by a fraction, the numerator of which is twelve (12) and the denominator of which is the number of months in such short Fiscal Year; (ii) by determining the amount of the Award in accordance with Section 5(b) based on the amount resulting from the calculations in clause (i) above; and (iii) by multiplying such amount resulting from the calculation in clause (ii) above by a far and the denominator of which is twelve (12).

  • End of Fiscal Years; Fiscal Quarters The Borrower will cause (i) each of its fiscal years to end on December 31 of each year and (ii) its fiscal quarters to end on March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31, respectively, of each year.

  • Annual Adjustments Base Rent shall be increased on each annual anniversary of the first day of the first full month during the Term of this Lease (each an “Adjustment Date”) by multiplying the Base Rent payable immediately before such Adjustment Date by the Rent Adjustment Percentage and adding the resulting amount to the Base Rent payable immediately before such Adjustment Date. Base Rent, as so adjusted, shall thereafter be due as provided herein. Base Rent adjustments for any fractional calendar month shall be prorated.
