If this Lease terminates on a day other than the last day of a calendar year, the Additional Rent payable by Tenant pursuant to this Paragraph 7 applicable to the calendar year in which the Lease terminates shall be prorated on the basis that the number of days from the commencement of such calendar year to and including such termination date bears to three hundred sixty-five (365).
