Common use of Proposed Changes Clause in Contracts

Proposed Changes. When the District proposes to initiate changes or additions to its existing work rules, the District shall transmit two copies of the proposed changes to Local Union 9. Local Union 9 will consider the proposals and transmit its views to the District within fourteen calendar days of the receipt of the proposals. The District will not implement any proposed work rules or work rule change until it receives input from Local Union 9, provided this input is received by the District within fourteen calendar days of Local Union 9’s receipt of the District’s proposal.
