Proposal Opening. Proposals shall be opened at the time and place designated on the cover page of this document. The name of each Offeror and the identity of the Request For Proposals for which the proposal was submitted shall be publicly read and recorded in the presence of a witness. Proposals, modifications, and all other information received in response of this Request For Proposal shall be shown only to City personnel having legitimate interest in the evaluation. PRICES SHALL NOT BE READ. After award of the proposal, the successful proposal and the evaluation documentation shall be open for public inspection.
