Proposal Opening Clause Samples

The Proposal Opening clause defines the procedures and timing for officially opening submitted proposals in a procurement or bidding process. Typically, it specifies when and where proposals will be opened, who may attend the opening, and whether the contents or prices will be disclosed at that time. This clause ensures transparency and fairness by establishing a clear, standardized process for handling proposals, thereby preventing disputes or allegations of favoritism.
