Proportionate Liability. The provisions of Part 1F of the CLA are specifically excluded from these Terms and have no operation or application to the rights, obligations and liabilities of BGC and the Vendor under these Terms with respect to any matter to which Part 1F of the CLA applies. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the parties agree that the provisions of Part 1F of the CLA:
