Proponent - Province. (a) The Proponent shall indemnify the Province for any claims against the County and/or CMHC, in accordance with the Contribution Agreement. (b) The Proponent shall indemnify the County for any claims against the Province and/or CMHC, in accordance with the Contribution Agreement.
