Property to be Conveyed. Subject to the provisions of this AGREEMENT, CITY shall transfer and convey to BUYER by Quitclaim Deed in substantially the same form as Exhibit “C”, and BUYER shall purchase and take from CITY, all of CITY’s right, title and interest in and to the PROPERTY.
